1.1. Organizer: Stable Games Ltd, having its registered address at 206, Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta VLT 1451, Malta, is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority to supply Type 1 gaming services under a B2B Critical Gaming Supply Licence (Licence Number: MGA/B2B/785/2020, issued on 18th March 2021) (hereinafter — the “Organizer”).

1.2. These rules govern the terms and procedure for conducting a prize giveaway among participants who completed the “TELL US HOW YOU CHOOSE GAMES” survey (hereinafter — the “Survey”) — “Share your online casino experience. Your answers will help game developers understand which mechanics players genuinely enjoy.”, hosted at https://hub.bgaming.com/player-survey/.

1.3. Survey and giveaway entry period: from 3 September 2026 to 25 September 2026 inclusive (CET).

1.4. Participation in the Survey and giveaway is free of charge and does not require any payment or purchase of goods or services. The giveaway is conducted as a promotional activity and does not constitute a paid-entry lottery.

2.1. The total prize fund is 3,000 USDT, distributed among 46 winners:

* The Grand Prize (500 USDT) is awarded by jury decision — see Section 6.1. The remaining 45 prizes (Main and Bonus) are determined by random draw — see Section 6.2.

2.2. Prizes are paid out in USDT on the TRC-20 network to the wallet address provided by the participant when completing the Survey.

2.3. Blockchain network fees for prize transfers are covered by [the Organizer / deducted from the prize amount — select one].

3.1. Eligible participants must:

• be at least 18 years old at the time of completing the Survey;
• be residents of countries not included in the list of restricted jurisdictions (see 3.3);
• have fully and genuinely completed the Survey within the specified period;
• have provided a valid email address and a correct crypto wallet address to receive the prize.

3.2. Participation in the Survey and giveaway is free and does not require the purchase of any goods or services.

3.3. The giveaway is not conducted, and prizes are not paid, to residents of countries where such promotions are prohibited or restricted by law, including [specify list of excluded jurisdictions — to be confirmed with legal counsel, as regulation of promotional giveaways run by iGaming brands varies significantly by country (e.g., certain U.S. states, the UK) and requires separate review]. The Organizer reserves the right to request confirmation of a participant’s country of residence.

3.4. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliated companies, and their close relatives are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

4.1. Each participant may submit only one entry to the Survey and may qualify for no more than one prize in the giveaway, regardless of the number of attempts made to complete the Survey.

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to identify and invalidate multiple entries from the same individual, including entries submitted from different email addresses or devices, where indicators of duplication are present (matching IP address, device ID, response patterns, payout wallet, etc.).

4.3. If multiple entries from the same participant are identified, only the earliest entry is counted; all others are invalidated and excluded from the giveaway.

5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the giveaway any entries that, following automated and/or manual review, are deemed fraudulent or low-quality, including but not limited to:

• completion time below the established minimum threshold (less than [X] minutes), indicating automated or bad-faith completion;
• systematically identical or template-like answers to substantively different questions (straight-lining);
• nonsensical, unreadable, or clearly auto-generated responses in open-text fields;
• indicators of bot, script, or auto-fill tool usage;
• logical inconsistencies between answers indicating unreliable completion.

5.2. Each participant is permitted only one giveaway “slot” per unique combination of email address, crypto wallet, and device. Entries that fail this check are not eligible for the giveaway.

5.3. The decision to exclude an entry from the giveaway is made solely by the Organizer based on the review findings and is final.

6.1. Grand Prize Selection (500 USDT)

6.1.1. The Grand Prize winner is not selected by random draw, but by jury decision.

6.1.2. The jury is composed of employees from BGaming’s (the Organizer’s) marketing department. The jury shall consist of no fewer than 3 members.

6.1.3. Selection criterion: the completeness and quality of the participant’s answers to the Survey’s open-text questions — evaluated on substance, specificity, depth, and the absence of generic or template-like responses. The jury reviews only entries that have passed the screening described in Section 5.

6.1.4. Jury decisions are made collectively (by majority vote of jury members in case of disagreement) and are final, not subject to appeal or reconsideration.

6.1.5. The Grand Prize selection is finalized within 14 business days after the end of the Survey period.

6.1.6. A jury member who has a personal or family relationship with a participant must disclose the conflict of interest and shall not take part in evaluating that participant’s entry.

6.2. Selection of Main and Bonus Prize Winners (5 × 100 USDT and 40 × 50 USDT)

6.2.1. Winners are determined by random draw among all entries that passed the screening in Section 5, excluding the Grand Prize winner’s entry.

6.2.2. The draw is conducted within 14 business days after the end of the Survey period.

6.3. The full list of winners (Grand, Main, and Bonus Prizes) is published on https://hub.bgaming.com/ and/or sent by email within [X] days after the results are finalized.

6.4. The Organizer may request additional information from a winner to confirm identity and eligibility for the prize (email confirmation and, if necessary, basic identity verification) prior to payout.

7.1. The prize is paid out within 30 business days after the winner confirms their details.

7.2. The prize is paid out once and cannot be exchanged for cash or another currency, split among multiple individuals, or transferred to a third party.

7.3. The Organizer is not liable for any delay or failure in prize payout resulting from a participant providing incorrect wallet details, nor for blockchain network fees incurred during transfer.

7.4. If a winner does not respond to the data confirmation request within 7 days of the results being announced, the prize is considered forfeited and may be transferred to a reserve participant — the next choice by jury decision (for the Grand Prize) or the next name on the random draw list (for the Main and Bonus Prizes).

8.1. By participating in the Survey and giveaway, the participant consents to the Organizer’s processing of their personal data (email, country of residence, wallet address, etc.) for the purposes of conducting the giveaway and paying out the prize, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law (UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018).

8.2. Personal data is not shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize payout (e.g., a payment/crypto provider) or as required by law.

9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules, or to suspend or cancel the giveaway, in the event of force majeure, technical failure, or suspected large-scale fraud, and will notify participants of any such change via https://hub.bgaming.com/.
